How much does it cost to hire?
Nothing upfront. A one-off placement fee is only payable when you successfully hire one of our candidates.
What if the candidate doesn't work out?
It depends when. Full refund or free replacement in weeks 1–2, 50% refund or a discounted replacement in weeks 3–6, and no obligation after week 6 — provided it's down to suitability or performance, not a change you've made to the role.
Do you place temporary staff?
We're primarily a permanent recruitment agency, but we do handle temporary and contract requirements too — email or call us directly and we'll talk through what you need.
How quickly can you fill a role?
Because we specialise in warehouse, logistics, industrial, construction, security and care sector staffing, we usually have suitable candidates ready to introduce quickly. Timelines depend on the role and location — we'll give you a realistic estimate upfront.
How are candidates vetted?
Every candidate is screened, referenced and right-to-work checked before we put them forward. For driving roles, we also verify licences and endorsements.
